LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, recently conducted a survey in Singapore to find out more on the sentiments of workers here on the kind of changes they’d like to see in the new world of work, and the results are clear: they want flexibility. Hybrid work arrangements are becoming the norm, and more workers are valuing this newfound flexibility and opening up to the idea that there is more than one way to work.
To discuss the impact of the pandemic on how we work, as well as the future of the workplace for women, ELLE Singapore spoke to four women from different industries — Adriana Lim Escaño, Josephine Ho, Dr Ayesha Khanna and Dawn Ang (also known as Aeropalmics).
